Designed a series of customised brochures
(A3 landscape designs) which showcase the properties they are
marketing. encouraged end client (developer) to allocate good
budget to printing (eg 500 brochures $20,000 AU) so we can
use innovative print finishes and good quality stock, die cutting,
etc.
Raised the profile of the properties, helpled the
key stakeholders make decisions. We have helped Colliers and
thereby the end clients to get the properties leased and /or
sold. Impact also has been seen that A3 landscape is now a
trend in this type of brochure (as seen by other design agencies
doing similar brochures). Imaitation the sinceerest form of
flattery?? Perhaps. But the scale of the document matches the
scale of the buildings where (eg) a current building we are
working on is 34,000m2 +.
