Hired to do a Naturescaping Microsite for Oregon with a very
hard to use logo and no existing brand they were happy with.
They had an already existing look on their other portals that
they were unhappy with for various reasons: outdated design,
hard-to-use interface, etc.
Provided them a conservative design but with a slight elegance
so it could stand out as a site they could be proud of. The
logo was converted into a simpler more up-to-date color pallette.
The overall color palette complimented the book they were
trying to sell on the site. I created a consistent layout
with a very simplified navigation for ease of use and maintenance.
Now they are not only happy with the results, but actually
have a government site they can be proud of.
