This St. Louis financial firm has a highly sophisticated and successful flagship investment product. In 2002, it had a nice logo but no real brand identity.

Starting with the firm's web site and PowerPoint deck, we built an integrated look for the firm, then added product names and communications pieces in a variety of media in a relationship that is now more than four years old.

Not only do clients and staff have a series of one- and two-word monikers that describe a rather complex product -- thus simplifying the sale -- but the firm has gone beyond the retail business to become a regional marketer of corporate pension- and benefit-plan investment choices.
