McConnells had failed to find a 3D artist that could provide them with digital images of housing developments suitable to sell family-orientated units, so their building developer client had stuck to watercolour. albino igil managed to convince them that it was possible to utilise 3D digital visualization whilst staying away from the all-too-clinical computer generated look.

By using the latest radiosity rendering techniques, and bringing an artist and landscape photographer's eye to the final image, a suitable style was achieved to please the client.
