Promote a new program that listed healthy meal alternatives (low in cholesterol, fat and sodium) in local fast food and sit-down restaurants without alienating a particular ethnicity or the likes/dislikes of patrons.

The solution was an illustration of a plate with no food on it.

By eliminating the food I successfully let the viewer imagine the healthy meal brought before them thus inviting all eateries and customers to join in the Healthy Options program.
