Looking for an easy way to promote yourself and appear intelligent, experienced and attractive? Great! How about submitting an article to Creative Latitude? Our audience consists of both creatives and buyers of creative services. We're always looking for useful articles about issues of interest to both groups.

Writing an article is easier than you might think (the intelligent part); pick a topic you have experience with or an interest in, do some research, make an outline, and write it! We'll even proof-read it and make suggestions if necessary to make you look your best. Take a look at some of our current articles to get an idea of what we're looking for.

When submitting, please include some background about yourself (the experienced part). Remember, Creative Latitude is all about promotion, so put the best of who you are and what you do out there. Also, attach a photo of yourself (the attractive part). A JPG (128 x 80 px) would be great. We have PhotoShop, so at the very least you'll be blemish-free and your teeth will be white.

And now for the most dreaded line in graphic design; "We have no budget, but there will be a lot of work for you later if you can help us now." We can't offer you money, but you'll get a lot of exposure in front of potential clients and links to your site and/or email. Who knows, maybe an old sweetheart will google your name, see the article, and have a profound sense of regret for dumping you...sweet.
