During an editorial shoot, a client wanted to purchase a photograph
of the CEO I was shooting for their annual report. The CEO
had time for only one photo shoot. Mine or one for the annual.
I spoke with my client, which was the magazine, got written
approval stating I could sell a photo to the second party
for use for their annual report.
I was able to to satisfy my editorial client with a photograph
for their magazine, and pick up a new client at the same time.
Because of schedule conflicts, I found communication between
myself and my clients invaluable.
